What happens at fitworking?

Sessions will usually be c2 hours and combine two elements - 'mind' and 'body'.

Typically we'll  meet in a comfortable, informal setting and discuss our chosen topic - with some random twists for sure! Broadly, our theme from October will be on 'building foundations'. See the fitworking model below for some of the wellbeing components we'll talk about.

What we quickly discovered, is that while some are experts in some areas, everyone has something to share about everything.

Within the groups there is a huge range of different life experiences across a broad age spectrum.

We take pleasure in sharing, insight from discussing and enjoy listening, and maybe learning.

We'll then enjoy a guided wellbeing-based activity together. It could be pilates or padel, yoga or zumba or simply a walk in the fresh air. It's a safe space to try a new activity - or to suggest something for the rest of us to try!
